Door-to-door shipping
SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping Time -- Orders received are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it has been turned over to the shipping company. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. This is especially the case during our busy Christmas Holiday shopping season. All orders are currently shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

Returns & Refunds
- RETURN POLICY: We accept returns for exchanges only, within 5 days of arrival. Returning non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping and handling cost. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Inspect the package with the driver when receiving, if in the rare case that the packages were damaged during transit, please have the driver make a damage note, then report to us within 5 days of arrival. Please keep damaged items in the original packing box. We will file damage claim with the carrier and send you new replacement or issue a store credit after they exam the damaged items and approve the claim. Please use the Contact Us Form for return and exchange or reporting loss and damaged packages. We will respond to your request and advise you how to process the claim.

- Your personal information is kept private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. This information is used only to process your order and to keep you updated on your orders. Once your order is completed the only information retained on our servers is your name, address and email address if your join our mailing list or register for a customer account. All other information is retained by the cad processing company, PayPal, for your safety. Email addresses are used to keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the WEH Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. WEH International will not sell or trade you name, address, phone number or email address to any outside group, company or marketing mailing list companies.
